Now in its third edition, this Pt Nat is our finest yet. It pours with a soft, fine bead, showing vibrant acidity beautifully balanced by the gentle texture from time on lees. The lower carbonation keeps things deliciously controlled in bottle no unexpected surprises, just joyful, easy drinking.
