The angle is 10 1 2 inches long and can be bolted to an existing rib at the discharge opening to form a surface to attach the flap on. Bolting to a rib will eliminate the need to drill into the surface of the deck. If there are not pre existing holes in the rib, holes can be drilled. Works with Cub Cadet Pro series, Husqvarna with bolt on chute
