Patriarche Crémant de Bourgorgne Brut NV Brandy ham or pork in aClassic french crmant is made from grapes from the Yonne, Cte dOr and Sane et Loire and is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligot (5%). Aged on lees for 15 to 18 months. This longer ageing is a key factor in quality and gives amore distinctive maturity. The wine is well balanced, combining freshness and fruitiness and a full finish. It is a perfect aperitif and goes well with desserts. It is a great companion to salmon canaps.
