Lakes Folly Cabernets Savarro and Domain DujacLifted blueberry, raspberry and fresh cherry aromas with hints of liquorice and black pepper, that carry over to the palate. A medium bodied style, it is classy and nicely balanced, with a lovely tannin to fruit sweetness ratio, resulting in a textural, stylish wine. Low yielding, estate grown, hand picked fruit. After six months in large size barrels for settling, the wine is then moved to tiny French oak barriques (new, one year old, and two year
