The DBY electric diaphragm pump is a novel pump type manufactured by [Zhilong Pump Industry]. In recent years, owing to breakthroughs in diaphragm material technology, an increasing number of industrialised nations worldwide have adopted this pump design to partially replace centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in industries such as petrochemicals, ceramics, and metallurgy. Suitable for low-pressure applications (discharge pressure up to 3 kgf/cm²), it employs an electric motor driven through a reduction gearbox. This pump effectively handles various corrosive liquids, liquids containing particles, as well as high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids, ensuring complete extraction.

Five material options: cast iron, aluminium alloy, stainless steel, engineering plastic PP, and fluorinated lining. Diaphragm pumps utilise diaphragms, sealing balls, and ball seats made from materials such as nitrile rubber, neoprene, polytetrafluoroethylene, and polyvinylidene fluoride F46, tailored to different liquid media to meet diverse customer requirements.
