The high-viscosity pneumatic screw barrel pump is a bucket pump product independently developed by our company, representing advanced domestic technology.
It employs a screw-stator design with a rotor extrusion mechanism, specifically engineered for extracting high-viscosity products such as epoxy resin, glycerine, honey,
printing inks, fruit juices, gear oils, lubricating greases, paints, tomato pulp, and shampoos. Featuring a quick-release design, this product facilitates easy disassembly and cleaning.
Its structure is straightforward and maintenance-friendly. It delivers high liquid output pressure with stable, pulsation-free flow and minimal wear.
Suitable for conveying abrasive particulates, it operates on standard compressed air with adjustable flow rates. Designed for flammable and explosive environments, it requires no electrical power. Currently, it represents the optimal solution for extracting high-viscosity materials on the market.

4. Usage Method
(1) First, correctly place the material guide pipe into the material bucket to be conveyed
(2) Connect the corrosion-resistant hose to the discharge port and link it to the feeding location.
(3) Turn on the power and adjust the rotational speed according to the required slurry flow rate, and it can start working.
5. Maintenance and care
(1) During use, prevent the cylinder body from being hit to avoid deformation and screw jamming, which could lead to scrapping
(2) If not in use for a long time, it should be cleaned in a solvent to prevent the slurry from freezing and blocking the rubber stator and the feeding pipe.
