3、Check whether the power supply voltage of portable oil drum pump is in line with the rated voltage, and it can't be used on the power supply which is more than or less than 10% of the rated voltage.

4, the use of electric oil pump, do not have damage to the wire, to avoid water, oil into the motor, switch, electrical parts.

5、Electric pumping is prohibited to work under the condition of containing flammable and corrosive gases to ensure the safety of production and the normal work of the electrical components.

6, the use of pumping pumps found in the abnormal noise, should be immediately shut down, check the cause, until managed to eliminate before continuing to use.

7, the oil drum pump should not be idle, the use of liquid suction is completed immediately stop the pump, because the pump motor no-load speed of up to 10,000 rpm or so, otherwise it will wear out, universal joint impeller, serious damage to the pump tube.

8, oil drum pump brush replacement: brush wear to can not be used should be replaced immediately, otherwise it will damage the commutator, serious motor will be burned.

9, oil drum pumps should be checked regularly, not generally at least three months to check once a month, often use should be overhauled once a month, overhaul should be completely disassembled to eliminate the internal accumulation of dust, oil.
