1. Operational Sequence
Positioning the Drum
Insert the plastic pump tube directly into the liquid within the drum, leaving the pump head (motor) outside the drum.
Motor-Driven Rotation
The motor drives the drive shaft + bottom impeller to rotate at high speed.
Centrifugal Suction & Pressure Boosting
During impeller rotation:
A vacuum forms at the centre → drawing liquid from the drum into the pump chamber
Liquid is flung towards the impeller periphery → gaining pressure and velocity
Upward Conveyance
The pressurised liquid travels along the inner wall of the plastic pump tube, ascending to the outlet.
Discharge and Usage
Liquid flows out through the outlet hose/coupling, completing the pumping, transfer, and dispensing process.

Pump head: Motor, providing power
Drive shaft: Transfers power to the base
Impeller: Generates centrifugal force for liquid suction + pressurisation
Pump tube: Flow channel, enabling upward liquid movement
Inlet/outlet ports: Liquid enters at the base, exits via the side
